This month for the Munster Lecture Series Dr. Wei Dai, Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Purdue Northwest, will speak about AI and cover what it is and where it's going.
Professor Dai is an engineer and scientist who specializes in computer science and data science. As a Purdue Northwest faculty member, he focuses on teaching, research, and service in computer science and artificial intelligence. He is a director of Advanced Intelligence Software (AIS) Lab. Professor Dai has industry experience in IBM company.

The Munster Branch is a convenient, vibrant community center and educational hot spot for residents in the Lake County Public Library District and surrounding areas. Our goal is to be an inviting place where the community looks forward to visiting and using the library's services with their friends and family. This year, over 147,000 people walked through our doors and received wonderful service from the Munster Library staff.
