How to Change Your PIN

1. Log in to your account:

If you've forgotten your PIN and can't log in, just click Forgot your PIN? on the log in screen:

Use the Forgot Your PIN feature if you forgot your pin

2. Once you've signed in, click Change PIN.

Change PIN is the third option - under Contact Information and Preferences3. Make sure the Change PIN box is checked, then enter your old and new PIN. Enter the new PIN again in the Verification box, and click Save.

Make sure every field is filled.

That's it! Your PIN has now been changed.
